Fundamental Relationship

This methodology it`s based on a fundamental relationship, under which all the principles of the methodology gravitate, are interrelated and complement each others.

The three pillars of the Fundamental Relationship are: body / mind, movement and game

What it`s required when we are practicing tennis or any other modality, this is a available body, a fluid movement, as well the domain of the specific techniques movement of the sport.

The body as the privileged instrument of sport and naturally it has a key role in the quality of movement and sports performance.
The principles of the body they come before the movement or the specific techniques of the sport.
They are important factors about the body: posture, alignment, breathing and functioning of the musculoskeletal system (eg characteristics of the joint areas).
For one fluid movement the "Fluid Tennis" it`s based on "principles of movement" that underlie the techniques of contemporary dance.
About the tennis game, it`s important to respect the open characteristic of the game itself, the rules, the philosophy, the specific technical movements and the contact racket/ball.
The interconnection of these pillars it`s necessary and essential to an individualized, relaxed, fast and quality learning.
The conscience of player to the body, movement and play, it`s an important factor so their performance becomes more natural, instinctive and intrinsic.
The three fundamental pillars of the relationship are inseparable and should always be present, either from the coach when he teaches, and when the student learns and practices.
The respect for the fundamental relationship it is valid at all stages of learning, whatever the age of the student and in every moment of training.
