Training Methodology

    The basis of the methodology "Fluid Tennis" is in the quality and capacity of the student, together with the coach, find strategies that help to release the chains of the movement, in order to obtain a technical movement more fluid.
    The shared learning and guided discovery are key factors for the applicability of the methodology "Fluid Tennis".
    In practice, the first to the last moment, quality is a priority with the aim to achieve:
  - An individualized movement, economic and fluid;
  - A better adaptation to specific techniques of the sport;
  - Increase the chances of solving the game situations with effectiveness and simplicity,
  - Preventing injuries;
  - Mental and emotional control.
    Whatever the scheme adopted or number of students, the quality must always overlap the quantity and intensity.
    In the process of teaching / learning Fluid Tennis, must be observed two phases:
    The first phase called General, which is subdivided
in two steps:
    1st - Relax
    2nd - Quality
    And the second phase which is designated Specific subdivided into three steps:
    1st - Technique
    2nd - Game
    3rd - Competition
    The passage from one phase to another and from one step to another, not watertight.
    They are interconnected and are often worked simultaneously concepts of the different phases and stages.
    Everything will depend on the level and the response of each student in each moment.
    The ability to use the weapons at your disposal, the constant observation and adjustments should be a feature of the role of the coach in this methodology.
