GENERAL PHASE

We can consider this phase as the basis of any system of teaching / learning sports.
In light of the "fundamental relation" the student develops an awareness of body movement and basic principles of the game in this phase.
How can you use your body (arms, legs, head and trunk) so that they may have balanced and fluid movements and resolve situations of basic game of Tennis.
At this stage the learning technique is quite free, looking for that quality of movement is fundamental to support the development of the student in every way.
This quality of movement is that it will provide the ability to address the proposed situations with ease and simplicity.
The student can perform the movements of many forms, breaking down naturally to most classical models of learning the technique of tennis, for example: the "right" is on the left foot forward, "volleyball left" is to right foot forward, or keep two feet flat on the ground by the movement coach.
No matter if the position of support at the time of contact is "open" or "closed", it is important that the movement is fluid and balanced and that the principles of the movement are a reality (posture, spirals, opposing forces, breathing, relaxation , swing, gravity, etc.)..
The consequence of this quality movement is the increase in the percentage of balls on the field.
Learning relaxed and focused on the student increases the levels of pleasure in the practice of tennis and reinforces the bonds of trust between student and teacher.
In "Fluid Tennis" is intended to achieve the objectives differently than normal, which also require models, types of assistance very detailed and the light of the ideas of the coach to solve problems and not the student.
At this stage the exercises proposed by the coach should be very open and varied, leading the student to develop his body and movement.
A good job during the "General" provides the fundamental support for the transition phase "Specific" of the sport.
This transition is natural, without frustrations and fears, so frequent when the student begins to spend more time in their practice and looking for sports scores.
The concepts and experiences gained at this stage, even though the learning of Tennis, will provide an essential support in the practice of any sport and indeed any physical activity or movement from day to day.
This phase has two steps: Relax and Quality
