In a second phase introduces the concept of opposing forces or balanced.
At the end of this stage the fundamental concept of movement that is technical: The body position at the time of contact, is introduced.
The purpose of this step is Fluid Tennis (re) structuring of the student body and movement toward a more fluid movement.
It is very important that, despite the emphasis given to the body and movement, has the objective that the percentage of balls in the field is high.
For this, they will often take the intensity movements and also adapt the material, including learning to use balls, so that the control is effective.
Students already at the end of this phase will be able to achieve levels of control of movement and ball change, quite reasonable.
The exercises should be varied, from requiring the student to adapt the movement to the action, as well as physical and mental readiness.
This step can begin to explore the different areas of the field, game situations, ball trajectory, and basic technical movements of the sport, even if the moves are still a personal touch.
At this stage, specific exercises are part of quality of movement with the aim of developing body awareness and movement (with and without ball or racket).
