STEP RELAX

     Key points:

    The aim of this first step is for the student relaxed and available for sports.
    Take tensions is the most important strategy towards liberation from the chains of the movement.
    The first exercises are without ball and it is intended the awareness and relaxation of the chains of movement.
    For that introduces the concepts of posture (head position), breathing (expiration) and active relaxation.
    It is essential to work in a position to alert the body is relaxed and ready to react in relaxation and not contraction.

    In Step Relax the student can already experience the concepts of gravity and swing.
    In these first experiments should be already launched balls to both sides at random.
