Introduction and Concept

"Fluid Tennis" is a methodology that seeks to learn the natural and relaxed Tennis, always respecting the physical characteristics of each one.

This new method is based on the techniques they are applied in Contemporary Dance.

When applied to tennis (or any other sports), it allows the enhancement of technical work and learning, obtaining quicker results and a better approach to the game.
The body terapies and marcial arts concepts are also aplied  in Fluid Tennis.
The main objective of this new approach it is the respect for the human body, and also the ability to use it to its fullest capacity without abusing or distortions.
It is also a global approach to the human body
1 - Modification of a body segment may be enough to resent all that, to varying degrees of change.
2 - The action starts before the movement, the movement is how to integrate the action.
These concepts of contemporary dance, martial arts, and psychomotor techniques they bring the overall content of teaching and learning of tennis, the quality and a lot of strategies that challenge and will change many of the concepts accepted as unquestioned in the world of Tennis.

The "Fluid Tennis" it is also based on technical and strategic learning, that respect from the start the characteristics of variability and unpredictability of the Tennis game.

In relation to learning the specific technical movements, the Fluid Tennis it`s supported by a fundamental principle which is:
"The most important moment of the movement and the game itself it`s the contact racket / ball"
.
All these concepts they will trace back to the Basic Relationship that it is the support of Fluid Tennis learning.

In "Fluid Tennis" it`s the technique movement to adapt to the body of each one and it`s not the body to adapt to the technique movement it`s like the common method

In behavioral terms, the base it`s the "action thinking" that is to be focused on immediate action, as opposed to "history thinking" in which we are absorbed in marginal thoughts of action itself (Mindset - Jackie Reardon).
