OPPOSING FORCES
The opposing forces are the forces that stabilize the body in motion.
Can be created by the left arm, right arm, left leg, right leg and head.
As the contact racket / ball, the most important moment of the game, it is essential that a balance between direct and opposing forces, between the train and train top bottom as well as the right and left, that precise moment.
The creation of the moment balance at the time of contact, power and energy to apply the same absorption capacity, and increases the speed of execution.
As no two people with the same morphology, body shape also find strategies equilibrium of forces is different for each one and therefore the moment of contact (timing) and its relationship to the body are also different.
In search of the exact moment of contact racket / ball, they have to keep the characteristics of the joint areas (mobile and steady), so that the opposing forces can exercise its function of balance. View the body.
The opposing forces from the center, creating the sensation of stretching and "stretching" in the movement.
These same opposing forces are performed in a spiral, with opposite directions, increase stability and movement control.
The positions currently open contact then become a feature of this methodology.
The use of the head as opposing force is the most undervalued factor in learning.
As the head of the body heavier, its use in terms of posture and opposite force is crucial in finding the balance, quality and fluidity of movement.
Roger Federer is the proof of this.

The most common mistake in practicing tennis is not using the opposite arm and opposite force of the contact and balancing factor as well as facilitation of spirals.
